[08 Sept 11] Assessment of the harvested quality and processing suitability of wheat and rye harvested in 2011 in the state of Brandenburg.

The project was supported by the Ministerium für Ländliche Entwicklung, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz of the state of Brandenburg. It determined the parameters of this year's harvested products as a help for the processors and to document quality development.

The Vereinigung Deutsche Backbranche e.V. and the IGV Institut für Getreideverarbeitung GmbH invite to their traditional joint event on the grain harvest quality in the harvesting year 2011:

Dr. Gerd Huschek, Dipl.-Ing. Dorothea Klotz and Dipl.-Ing. Annette Lehrack from IGV GmbH will speak on the assessment of the harvest.
