Determination of the Wheat and Rye Harvest in the State of Brandenburg

[10 Sept 09] Assessment of the harvested quality and processing suitability of wheat and rye harvested in 2009 in the state of Brandenburg.

The project was supported by the Ministerium für Ländliche Entwicklung, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz of the state of Brandenburg. It determined the parameters of this year's harvested products as a help for the processors and to document quality development.

The Vereinigung Deutsche Backbranche e.V. and the IGV Institut für Getreideverarbeitung GmbH invite to their traditional joint event on the grain harvest quality in the harvesting year 2009:

Dr. Gerd Huschek, Dipl.-Ing. Dorothea Klotz and Dipl.-Ing. Annette Lehrack from IGV GmbH will speak on the assessment of the harvest.

Another speech will point out the material-technological and nutrition-physiological contents that can be added to innovative milling products that have an economic advantage for the bakery industry, how to add them and their possible uses:
